Recurring dream? can anyone explain?

In the last 2 weeks or so I've had near enough the same dream at least 8 times(and thats only the ones I can remember).Usually my dreams are really fussy and I never remember much about them but this one is so clear.

Anyway,in the dream I'm somewhere in america(because they all have american accents). Me and my sister are at either an animal shelter or it could be just a room full of puppies. But anyway its always the same guy in the dream. Theres something odd about him. He's showing us all the puppies and we get to choose one. Theres different puppies in each dream except from one puppy thats in every dream. Last night I remember chihuahua's,boxers and black labs.

All the puppies are in like a pen with other dogs of the same breed but theres always this one puppy by itself. Its the same puppy in every dream.

I'm not sure what breed she is. She's apsolutely tiny and kind of white/cream in colour and fluffy. It looks like a bichon frise or maltese but I'm not sure.

I take her home in every dream and I call her Holly but as soon as we reach home I wake up.

I've never had a recurring dream before(that I can remember) but I've had dreams that have come true(sort of)

When I was about 9 or 10 I had a dream that my granny tripped over a hoover and ended up in hospital and died

2 days later my granny died

I really think that the puppy dream is trying to tell me something but I don't know what. I know its not to buy a maltese/bichon because I can't.

Any ideas?

Its really bugging me.

  1. Could be anything and I might be totally off, but the first thing that sprung to my mind is that someone close to you needs saving/your help.

  2. Sounds like something/someone dependent on you could be coming your way

  3. Do you follow American politics?  Illegal immigration is a big issue right now.  That would be represented by the Chihuahua.  Obama would be the black "lib - liberal" or lab as you put it.  McCain would be the boxer because he is a veteran and is a pro-war advocate.  As to you choosing a Bichon, my sentiments exactly.  There is no good choice no matter how you roll the dice.  Maybe Ralph Nader will win the election.        SORRY TO PUT YOUR DREAM INTO MY SPHERE.   IT'S THE ONLY SPHERE I KNOW.
