Recycled shoe company?

I'm looking for the name of a company that makes shoes out of recycled materials. They are based out of Santa Barbra and the shoes come with like a hand-drawn looking map of places there. Does anyone know the company I'm talking about?

They're all recycled. (Also based out of SB)
