Recycling Bottle help?

my friends and i are trying to recycle the bottles that have the HI 5 cents cash refund. But we dont know if we have to collect the bottles or the wrapper. What do we do collect the bottles or the wrappers. And where do we cash them in? Somewhere around houston, Tx

You probably need to take them to the state which accepts the bottles for your $.05 refund.  Here in Oklahoma the $.05 cans or bottles are just recycled for nothing since we don't pay any deposit on them.
