Recycling Kit?

Anyone know of a website that will send out free recycling kits w/ like bins and stuff? I found one site www.bottlesandcans.com but it only ships within California. :[

I think the best way to find out where to buy something like this you should contact your towns public works department, or whoever services your trash pickup, they would be the people that could give you an answer as to who would service you for what you need.
