How hard is it to get a city to start providing recycling bins for it's residents in the city of OKC?

  1. It took a long time to get them here but our public works dept handed them out.We have had the same ones for 10 years now.


  2. I live in Edmond and I know they provide them. I suggest attending a City Council meeting and proposing the idea. Especially, since the Green-living push is getting so big. People will listen
