Recycling paper??

how much money perpound would you get for recycled paper like news paper, scrap paper, used paper, note book paper ect.

It depends on the area of the country and the quality and quantity of the paper.  Nobody can give you an accurate answer without that.  Higher grades of paper products may bring in over $0.10/pound, in the right market, but most paper is worth much less.

Regardless, you will have a tough time selling used paper in quantities less than 1 ton (2000 pounds).
