Recycling schemes dont work?

Any good sites supporting this statement? Please dont bother telling me that they do , coz i dont care....LOL anyway best answer will be the person with the most websites and of course most useful ones...THANKZ

Recycling saves energy! Recycled aluminum saves 95% of the energy it takes to make it from virgin bauxite ore.

Recycling saves resources, wildlife habitat, space in landfills, air pollution, and more. It creates jobs and boots local economies.

Recycled materials are high in demand, especially as as oil and gas prices continue to rise. The markets for recycled materials are very good and communities are being paid top dollar for their recyclables. Compare that with trash disposal, which is very very expensive.  Municipalities are paying $75 / ton for trash disposal and are being PAID $41/ ton for recyclables. You do the math.
