  1. good to have now and again but dont drink too much..full of sugar.for some reason i liked it more the second time round than i did the first

  2. it's got waaaayyy to much sugar in it. that's how it gives u all this "energy".  u're better off just taking a cupful of sugar & save a ton of money while u're at it.

  3. I drink like 5 of them a day on week days, keeps me moving. I never had a problem

  4. Good as long as you don't over due it i only have 2-4 energy drinks every month or 2 but never more than 1 a day.

  5. it's full of sugar unless you drink the sugar free version.. or maybe it still has a little.

I don't think they are dangerous unless abused.. just like anything else really.  Don't go slamming 5 a day (though sometimes I'm close :) ) like the guy above.  Do that for a few weeks and try to cut yourself off cold turkey and you'll have a massive headache with a bad mood to boot.

I usually go for the blue can rockstar.  2X the punch as the regular with no sugar.. and it's actually good (for that type of drink).

  6. I think it's bunch of bull!

  7. i used to drink it.. idk why... it gives u heart problems and is overpriced... i dont think its a good drink anymore :(>

  8. if u do any sports like i do, it isn't considered dangerous but it is not good for you at all. It can cause you to become dehydrated and we all kno what that does.

  9. TO MUCH OF ANYTHING CAN BE DANGEROUS.

  10. I'm not too fond of the taste of Red Bull, although it does give me energy. But it has a ton of caffeine and sugar....it's too easy to let that get out of hand.

If you're looking for a pick-me-up that you can use fairly regularly with no side effects or health risks, I recommend 5-Hour Energy.

It's a little 2 oz shot with a ton of B Vitamins & amino acids. There's no sugar and only 1 coffee cup's worth of caffeine. There is no crash and no jitters and it really works. For me, it lasts 6-7 hrs. I love it cuz it doesn't make me crash and I don't have to drink a bunch of liquid for it to work. Also, it doesn't seem to be habit-forming, nor does it cause withdrawal as caffeine can. There's also no risk of overdose because B vitamins are water-soluble, so whatever extra you consume, your body will just get rid of it instead of storing it.

Yesterday I had to work from 8am-11pm. I drank one bottle of 5-hour energy around 5pm and I was good to go till I got home @ midnite. The great thing about it is, it doesn't have me so wired that I can't go to sleep whenever I feel like it. It just gets rid of that "tired" feeling. I love this stuff!!

They also make a decaf version but I haven't tried it yet. You can buy it at convenience stores, Costco, etc.

  11. I always have heart palpetations the morning after I drink it: ( It is a life sucker I tell ya!

  12. overpriced

  13. is a natural antioxidant found in the skins of apples, blueberries, and onions. It protects the adrenaline that your body naturally creates to give you energy for small daily tasks like staying awake at work and big events like running<<( but i think its bull

  14. dont know never tried it
