Red Bull Racing deny staff problems
According to some rumours, Red Bull were facing some major staff problems in the past couple of days and it was revealed that the team was on the verge of a major downfall because of that.
Since the team is extremely reliant on its “backstage” stars, if Red Bull lose one of them, they would definitely suffer a lot.
Nevertheless, the team recently said that these rumours were false and the team is not going through a major “setback” with reference to their staff. It was stated that the team’s chief strategist Neil Martin of Ferrari might depart from the team but according
to Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz, these rumours are not true at all.
“We recently extended the contracts of our 50 most important people. Sebastian knows very well what team he can count on for the future,” said Dietrich.
Red Bull Racing Team gave its best performance in its 6-year-old Formula 1 journey as they were able to secure both drivers’ and constructors’ titles in 2010.
It was a huge surprise for the Formula 1 world as Red Bull were not one of the best teams when it came to the sport at first but in 2009, the team became more powerful as they signed Adrian Newey as their team director.
Newey has been one of the most well known team directors of the sport as he enabled many teams to win the title including McLaren and Williams back in 1997. It seems that the team will be back with the front-running teams once again and it is definitely
going to be an exhilarating Formula 1 season in 2011.
Red Bull is desperately trying to retain Sebastian Vettel since he has expressed his interest to race for team Ferrari in the near future. On the other hand, Ferrari boss also told of his willingness to rope in Vettel.
