Red Bull keeps it all in reserve

Red Bull and Toro Rosso have an announced an interesting scheme which sees Daniel Ricciardo and Brendon Hartley act as both teams test drivers on a race by race alternating basis. Red Bull have always promoted grass roots drivers and Toro Rosso is there training ground. These two young hopefuls have raced under this banner at a lower level and will have one eye on racing in a full GP this season.
