“Red Bull will support both, Vettel and Webber at Yas Marina podium”, says Horner.
The manager of the racing team Red Bull of the Formula 1 circuit, Christian Horner, has expressed that the team Red Bull will not force its drivers to help each other over the racing track to beat the arch rival Spaniard Fernando Alonso
to win the formula 1 world championship title. Horner has also announced that the German Sebastian Vettel might help his Australian teammate Mark Webber if he feels he cannot win the title.
In a very recent interview the thirty-seven year old boss of the racing team Red Bull, Christian Horner has expressed his thoughts and views by saying that the team will not instruct Sebastian Vettel to support Mark Webber in the final race of the Formula
1 season but it will be Vettel’s choice whether he wants to help his Aussie team-mate or not.
It should be kept in mind that the thirty-four year old ace Australian racer Mark Webber is just eight points adrift of the current point’s chart leader Fernando Alonso and Webber’s teammate Sebastian Vettel is fifteen points behind Alonso. So according
to the points table, Mark Webber is in the better position to pick up the year’s prestigious Formula 1 title.
Moreover, the twenty-three year old German, Sebastian Vettel, has already declared that he will judge the situation of the championship over the racing track and will take decision whether or not he should help Webber in his struggle for his first championship
title ever.
The ongoing formula 1 racing season is being considered one of the best racing seasons of the Formula 1 as at the moment four drivers are eyeing the championship trophy. All of them are in a position to win the title of the year with only one more race to
go.
Currently the twenty-nine year old Spanish superstar driver Fernando Alonso is the most favorite for the title. Alonso has to finish in the top two spots to win the world champion trophy of the year. Webber will win the title if he finishes the race of Abu
Dhabi Grand Prix at Yas Marina racing circuit at the top and Alonso finishes poorer than the second position.
In the interview, Horner also expressed that both the drivers are being supported well by the Red Bull team and the condition will be judged and managed by the drivers over the Abu Dhabi podium.
Horner told that the championship is currently at a very interesting stage where two of the Red Bull racing team’s drivers are in a very strong position to win the title for the year. He also said that Webber is in stronger position to carry the trophy but
Vettel’s capacity cannot be questioned as well.
Horner also said that the team Red Bull is backing both of its veteran drivers but if anyone of them decides to support the other driver for the championship crown, it will be totally their personal choice and the team will not force any of the drivers to
support their team-mate over the racing track.
Christian Horner showed his confidence over the team’s drivers and told the media that he is pretty sure that Webber and Vettel will do the best for the team and as well as for themselves. He also said that they should target Fernando Alonso during the race
as the location of the Spaniard will let them judge the situation of the race and the championship trophy.
The Red Bull boss said that he is very happy with the way Vettel and Webber have raced throughout the season and they have to give their best in the final race of the event in Abu Dhabi because the glorious title is within their reach and they should not
miss the opportunity.
