Red Dot on Lip - help please!?

Question

For a very long time now (almost a year, I think), I've had this small, red dot on the corner of my bottom lip. It doesn't hurt, doesn't bug me, and it's not noticable unless you look closely. It's kind of looks like a small needle poked me something.

I was wondering if anyone knows what this is. Thanks!

i have one to it hasnt hurt me its a freckle to much sun probably

i think its just a little mole/freckel

whatever you wanna call it but yeah....
