Red-Eared Slider turtle question, Habitat, sunlight, food, and vitamin A questionS, (SWOLLEN EYES)?

I had a question before and got answers. I need a little more info please. I only have a few questions for my dearest Flipper.

1. Is it OK if I put his tank by sunlight until I get an actual light for him?

2. Where can I get Feeder Guppies?

3. How many feeder guppies should I out in his tank a day?

4. Will Feeder Guppies supply all of his Vitamin A and D or will I need to throw in an occasional shrimp?

5. Since he has swollen eyes, will I need something to pop over his eyes or to fix his eyes up?
