Red Foot question? ?

Sometimes when my feet get hot, they turn really red, and they have the same effect as sun burn. It doesn't happen all the time. Only when i go outside and take a shower. Why is this?

It is similar to sun burn.  You need to turn down the heat in the shower and avoid standing directly in the water if you're in a tub/shower.  When you go outside, always where shoes.  It sounds like you're burning your feet on the ground.  Blacktop (like in a parking lot) is the worst.
