Red Lobster's Shrimp Scampi?

What in the world is that powder they sprinkle on top of the scampi b4 putting it in the oven? I had them bring me some out one day bc they didnt have enough on my shrimp...so i know it is a powder. It's sooooo good. Ever work there?

  2. It's probably garlic powder, I doubt RL uses the real thing.

  3. Maybe it is the garlic salt....
