Red Lobster??

Question

I am planing to take my family to red lobster on Saturday. We are about 7-8 ppl. What would be some good suggestions in terms for price and a decent food.

I was thinking about the buffet. Any ideas are appreciated.

if you're looking for decent food, might i suggest going someplace else . . . i've got to be honest, the food there is low grade and horribly unhealthy.  each one of those biscuits has a calorie content comparable to a snickers bar!  do your family a favor and take them some place else, or better yet, why not cook a nice meal for them.

Dude, we have a R.L. in our area. Some of the best tasting food on the planet. The joint is jumpin all day , every day. And the prices can't be beat. It may help we're close to the coast, but the shrimp is great.

you should check the prices and compare to a buffet.  

There are pro's and con's for each.  At a buffet you are sure everyone is going to get full with one price.  But a buffet is not as intimate

I agree with little edie.  My boyfriend and I can eat there for $40-$45 w/o alcohol and before tip and have found that we can get a more enjoyable meal for the same price somewhere else.  I don't know where you live, but Macaroni Grill is a great example.
