  1. I've been to Red Lobster once...and that was too much! I would never go back there again. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day, but, it started out with her. We arrived a little early to beat the lunch rush, she quickly sat us down and forgot about us for 20 minutes. I'm not a huge seafood eater, but, I will try anything once. I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta (or something like that...it's been a while, sorry if it's not the correct title of the food) and my mother ordered the platter of food they offer. It was absolutely disgusting. One of the shrimps was still frozen, my pasta had way too much garlic in it and most of all, the waitress was doing very poorly. I know it could have just been that day and that particular Red Lobster, however, I will not return and I will not be recommending it to any friends.

It was also expensive. We spent about $35 (lunch menu) which included one pop (I had water) and in my opinion, it was $35 too much. We also gave a $3 tip...just because I am not cheap and I realize they are underpaid.

Try another seafood place, forget Red Lobster. Sorry if I ruined it for you, it's just my honest opinion.

  2. Whenever I go to Red Lobster I get the Ultimate Platter, it comes with a Lobster, shrimp both fried and scampi a baked potato, soup or salad and cheese biscuitts that are to die for. also the lobster bisque soup in a breaded bowl and the crab cakes are good also. I usually pay about 50.00 for Two adults and one child and leave about 5 dollars as a tip.

  3. fisrt make sure u have to be in line it is always crowded. Then order appitizer pizza OMG it is so good then order real food ,then tip good make sure u hv enough money .I am sure u order more then u think and box it back.So have fun

  4. You mean Dead Lobster. Their lobsters are frozen and then cooked. The best lobsters are cooked live. But, for the money, it's a good deal.

Order lobster of course. If they have lobster bisque on the menu, that's good stuff.

For 2 people ... about $20.00 without any alcohol drinks. Tip between 15-20% if the service is good. If it's bad ... 0-10%, depending upon how bad it is.

  5. The food there is quite expensive.  You'll probably end up coughing up $30 or more per person.  The biscuits are free, but I didn't think they were that great.  Tips is usually up to 20% of the bill.

  6. Mostly, the food tastes like grandma's stale breath.

They do have a fresh fish selection they'll prepare however you'd like.  I recommend the mahi or tilapia.  Costs a little more, but the taste won't remind you of cardboard and fish heads.

The biscuits are free, but 90 calories each.

    Proceed with care.

And, like any restaurant, you should tip at least 20%.

  7. I recomend getting the lobster pizza for starters or the clam chowder cuz it's super yummy! =D Yes the biscuits are free silly...lol. You should try anything that appeals to you I like the coconut shrimp or lobster but w/e you chose I'm sure you'll like...You should prolly bring $75-100 dollers if your going to get appetizers or desert if not then at least $60. =D I hope this helped and I hope you have a good yummy time there.

  8. For two people you'll need at least $70. If you receive excellent service you should leave at least a 20% tip. The biscuits are good. My favorites are the lobster tail and shrimp scampi.

  9. The biscuits are alright. But overall, their seafood is overcooked and not so fresh. I would go elsewhere.

  10. Order the shrimp scampi pasta alfredo with a garden salad with your choice of dressing, applesauce (optional). The Cheddar Bay Biscuits in FL are amazing, and they come with the meal. Keep about $65-80 on hand just in case one of you decides to order an alcholic beverage (if you are legal). For dessert get the chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Most people give 15% of bill but you don't have to....it depends on what you order...$3-5 is reasonable. Hope this helps

  11. Order some lobster.  Biscuits are excellent, but not free.

I'd take $60, & not waste any of it.  Tip as usual... 15% minimum, more if service is great.

  12. ok

    all im gonna say is

    BRING A LOT OF $$$$$$$$$$$
