Red RingOfDeath(360)?

well i do not know if its the actual one it is one quadrant,but it is behaving like the actual rrod any clues.(every time i turn it on it does this)

RROD is three lights, not one.  Make sure all your plugs are in all the way (unplug and replug everything).  If that doesn't work, call microsoft customer support.

time to send it to xbox repair land..no matter what the error, give microsoft a call they'll ask you a ton of ????'s and diagnose the problem

it is only the red ring of death if three quadrants are lit up. it it is just one lit, then something else is wrong. check your wires.
