Red Robin Question? ?

I am going to Red Robbin tmrw for the first time. I was wondering if anyone has ever been there and did you like it? What food is good there and what food is bad there? And could you name me some good and bad qualities of the restaurant

They don't have a lot to choose from on the menu.

It's mostly burgers, but they have good chicken fingers.

The onion ring tower is delicious!

We love Red Robin!  In fact, I had dinner there tonight...

Some of my favorite menu items:

freckled lemonade (with strawberry slices right in the glass)

California chicken burger

lone star burger

banzai burger

chicken tortilla soup

BLTA croissant sandwich

...and the best fries anywhere!  - Use the seasoning shaker on the table, it's great.

For dessert, they have a really good hot fudge sundae.  Still, my favorite is the jamaican shake (alcoholic) - dessert AND alcohol, all in one.

Good/bad qualities?  Good food, consistently good service...

The only time I had a problem, which was with a particular staff member, I emailed their corporate office and they went SOOOO out of their way to fix the problem it was amazing.

I'm a loyal customer, forever.

Good:

Burgers of any sort are good and there's a pretty wide variety of kinds.

You get endless refills on fries and that salt for them on the table is really good.

Usually the service is friendly.

Bad:

Almost always busy, so it's loud and the music playing doesnt help any.

With the busy atmosphere, sometimes I feel a little neglected by the waiter/waitress.

Most likely you're going to wind up ordering some type of sandwich, since that's what the majority of the menu is.

i loooove the freckled lemonade!!!  the atmosphere there is really laid back and friendly, but sometimes it's kind of noisy:\

I always get the Royal burger, comes with cheese, bacon and an egg on top.

The food there is awesome!  :)  My BF & I go about once a month.  The menus vary by location, but these are a few of the things I always crave:

*Whiskey River BBQ Burger

*Banzai Burger

*Teriyaki Chicken Burger

*Towering Onion Rings

*Just-in-Quesadilla

And I could live on their Ultimate Margaritas!  :)  Oh, my BF says 'their shakes are to-die-for'.  :)

The only red mark they get from me, is it tends to be a little noisy (not a place for a romantic date)...and since they have a full-service bar, there are times when the 'bar crowd' can get a little rowdy.  But as far as food and service?  A+!
