If you had a crystal ball and could see into the future, which current Red Sox players do you see being inducted into the Hall of Fame?

I see Dustin Pedroia and perhaps, Kevin Youkilis.

  1. Manny was a sure bet but they let him go,pedroia looks like he will be with the team long enough to be inducted as a Red Sox...

  2. David Ortiz, Dustin Pedroia, and Kevin Youkilis if they all stay healthy.

  3. Pedroia for sure... stellar defense at 2nd, puts up great average and also scores lots of runs and knocks in a decent amount for a 2 spot guy

  4. big pappi

  5. Lowrie seems to be very good. Hitting .286 at age 24.

  6. your talking to another "big time" Red Sox fan and any of the boys would be fine with me.  Goooo Sox!!!!

  7. Being 29 already, Youk would have to put up at least a decade of AMAZING numbers to get in....he'll be good for sure, but i don't see that happening.

As for Pedroia...he's one who plays on heart...and while he's got skill and is a huge piece of Boston's team, I don't see him as a HoF type.

Manny was the only one i would have said for sure...Curt Schilling will spark debate, as will Papelbon if he can be dominate for a while. Ortiz may have blossomed too late, but he might be the current roster's best bet.

  8. Jacoby Ellsbury, David Ortiz, and may be Dustin Perdrioa.

i dont see what is so special about Dustin.
