Red almost translucent spider?

I found a red, blood red colored spider in my bathroom today. It was dead luckily. I cannot find any picture of it online, I'm wondering if it's poisonous. It was all red, well almost, the rear, was a smaller almost like almond shaped and kinda brownish. It was not large or hairy, it was maybe 1/2 inch long or smaller. I'm in Missouri if that helps.

I found one in my bathtub this morning getting ready for school.. i just rinsed it down but it looked creepy. It seemed shy though.
