  1. YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHATTTT??????????????????????????

    YEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH...

    OOOOOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Yes, he's hypocrite. When Phil Jackson wins his 10th ring and pass Old Red(Black Widow) Hourglass....oops....Auerbach...sorry...... gonna be spinning in his grave.

  3. Yes . He is a Big hypocrite

He had Bill Russel , Bill Sharman ,Bob Cousy ...

Bill Russel - Arguably Greatest Center of All-Time

AND Greatest Winner of any Sport

Bob Cousy - Top 10 Point Guard of All-Time

  4. first of all, i don't care about Red Auerbach, but he's right. the only time Phil Jackson actually had to some coaching was this year's Finals. and the Fakers couldn't even put up a fight. to be outcoached by someone who has never won a playoff series (before that year) is just embarrasing. i think this year's Finals exposed Phil Jackson as what he really is.

  5. yes!?!?

  6. I've always wondered that.

The thing is, I think Red is a little bit of a hypocrit, but has a point because he was general manager and coach, picking and coaching his talent.

Phil has been lucky. He was at the right place at the right time with 2 of the top 10 players in NBA history, with Jordan and Shaq. But neither Shaq or Jordan won titles without Jackson (geezer Shaq winning with Wade, doesn't really count).

So I guess Red has the edge with the whole GM thing goin' on.

  7. Red never inherited a team.  He had to build the team and was smart enough to draft the right players.  Phil inherited all-stars.

Who did Red have in 1950-56?

    ---------------------

The difference is that Red was the one who wanted Bill Russell and traded for him on draft day.  Red was much smarter than the St. Louis Hawks... ROFL!  Probably the stupidest trade in history!  Sure, it's trade a rookie for a proven veteran, but look at him now!

Phil Jackson wasn't the one who wanted Jordan.  He got Jordan by inheriting the team.  Phil also wasn't the one who wanted Shaq.

Phil did want the Lakers to trade Kobe for Jason Kidd and Shawn Marion.  Had that trade happened, the Lakers would have won at least 5 rings in a row!

    ----------------

h**l, I'm a Celtic hater. But at least I respect Red and wouldn't call him a hypocrite.  The dude traded for rookie Bill Russell and drafted Larry Bird.  Who did Phil draft?

  8. LMAO! Red only said that because he KNEW Phil would some day surpass his coaching titles.

    Think Happy Thoughts!
