Red blotches (blood?) on p***s head?

I was just "going at it" by myself...at night...

The next morning I went to clean my p***s head like all uncut people should do. I looked at the back of the head and there's like a bloody blotch along the bottom of the back. There's also a skin break on the f******n itself in the front.

Will this clear up? Pulling back the f******n hurts a bit (expected).

I'm afraid a buildup of smegma after not cleaning it for a couple days (no pulling back) might do something bad.

I'd get it checked by a doctor, better safe than sorry right? ;O

Dear God that's gross...sorry, I'll grow up...try to lay off "going at it" for a while, I really don't know what else to say. If it doesn't get better soon you might have to see a doctor, cause that's obviously not normal.
