Red bump on my p***s?

I have one and what seems like a scrape above it that hurt a little only when touched, and bump seems like a pimple. I do masterbaute like once a day, but I'm a virgin. I have been out all day the past two weeks and sweating a lot probably down there. I've cleaned it and used neosporin, is this the right thing to do?

Keep it clean, but I don't think it is a problem, & if  "you" do, see  a Doctor.

I just got rid of the same thing. Its called jock itch. Its the same fungus that gives you athletes foot just only on your p***s. To get rid of it use neosporin jock itch on it for it for two weeks even if it goes away before two weeks is up because it will just come back
