Red bumps on my face?

So I have these little red bumps on my face. There's only like two bigger ones. They're still very small... There are some other tiny ones on my forehead... I've had them for MONTHS. Maybe a year or more... What are they? How can I get rid of them? Washing my face doesn't help...
