Red cabbage pH experiment???

Question

what colors mean what in the lab? For specific pH's 0-14 what colors appears after it is added to the red cabbage with indicator in stuff... Please help my lab report is due tom. lol

2, red

4, purple

6, violet

8, blue

10, blue-green

12, greenish-yellow

These will not be dark colors, and unless you have done the tests it would be hard to distinguish purple from violet for example..
