Red dot on my nose and i wont come off?

theres a red dot on my nose its small but noticable and its been there for 4 years and i tried proactive nutrogena neosporn clean and clear like everything, it clears everything else on my face but the red dot, and ppl think its like a pimple and a zit but it isnt and its so annoying and i need help to get it off! i think it started out as a black head.. help me i need to get it off

it could be a birthmark or a scar. Surgery will probably be the only way to remove it.

It is probably a scare now. You can buy scar treatments. It may lighten or fade a little. Otherwise ask your doctor. A plastic surgen will be better to do that on your face. Sometimes there are plastic surgeons with estheticians (facial) offices too. That might be more affordable. It's just removing a bump, not too serious of a procedure. They may even freeze it off with the stuff they use to freeze off warts, don't buy the stuff over the counter though. It's your face, and you could mess up.
