When should red flag raise to quit the race?

There can be lots of different reasons, normally when a rider has fallen on the track and is in the way of on coming riders, or with a change of weather conditions all though this does not affect the Motogp class anymore.

It is there for saftey.

When You Are Not Able To Ride In The Weather Conditions. I.E. Thunder And Lightning, Heavy Rain Or Hail, Or Snow.

Red flags are used to stop any race. The red flag should be used if there is an accident with injuries, if the track has been blocked in any way, or the race promoter deems the track unsafe for any reason.

the most common red flags are seen for injuries(motocross)

rain(nascar) or large accidents causing track obstruction....
