Red itchy little bumps all over her body?

my sister is 15 years old. today he woke up to little itchy red spot all over her body except her face. she said it first started with her legs now it is all over her stomach, butt, legs. can anyone tell me what it is?

If she already had chicken pox, it might be hives.  Has your mom changed the detergent or fabric softener she's using on your clothes?

I'm not entirely sure what it is, but I can tell you that I had kind of the same problem. I had these teeny tiny little bumps all over my arms that itched like crazy, and they never figured out what it was. Go to the doctor, they can usually give you an ointment or cream to help the itchiness go away and then the redness will go away too, that's what they did for me (:
