Red light camera-stockton?

okay so I was driving back home, around midnight, and stopped late (since i was distracted). naturally the red light camera flashed. Am i going to get a ticket? My front set of tires were over the first two lines, however my second set weren't. I would say that being in the driver seat, i was able at the level of the second line. I was also turning right. My questions are:

1) how long does it take to know if I got a ticket (specifically in stockton, if anyone knows

2) is there any way I can find out if I got a ticket sooner? (online perhaps)

3) what criteria needs to be evaluated in order to get a ticket?

thanks

  1. 1.  a week or two

    2.  I don't think so.

    3.  they look at the picture and decide if you ran the light or not.

If you do get a ticket, you may be able to get out of it by saying you were proceeding ahead to turn right on red, and would have stopped before making a turn.

  2. Well im from Knoxville, Tn and i really dont know how it work up that way..... well down here if you get caught by the redlight camera, then u will get a ticket in the mail..... you can view it online (dont know how long it will take to be posted) what will have to be decided is did u run the red light.... from what u said, u did run the red light.... anytime u go past those white lines, u ran it..... sorry///// the ticket is only $50.00     better than going to court on it
