Red light. my w580i will not turn on and when i try and turn it on it flashes red on the c button

my w580i will not turn on and when i try and turn it on it flashes red on the c button on the right and ive tryed charing it , taking battery out for while and nothing is happening inset for flashes red .ive only had this phone for about 3 months !:(
