Red lines across screen. I have a Toshiba 32AF41 tv. It has been shutting off by itself but right

I have a Toshiba 32AF41 tv. It has been shutting off by itself but right before it's about to shut off I notice thin red horizontal lines across the screen then the entire screen turns red and shuts off leaving the red power light blinking. I am not able to turn the tv back on unless I unplug and then plug back in. Any ideas? Thank you.Laurie
