Red/orange and black spider in south Texas?

Question

I have been seeing these for quite some time and have researched on the net but can't find what they are.I don't have a pic but they are about the size of a nickel although i have seen bigger and are black w/ orange.And no its not a brown recluse or black widow. Anyone seen this one?

Maybe, they've migrated from their place to Texas because it is now winter to their place.
