Red pixels. I own a LG 42PC3D Plasma tv. When ever there is movement in scenes that are dark

I own a LG 42PC3D Plasma tv.  When ever there is movement in scenes that are dark or where the background is black, red pixels momentarily mimic the actors movements.  It is more prevalent on the antenna input.  I have changed the antenna cable to RG6, but still see the same thing.
