Red rash on my face??

i just looked in the mirror and had a red rash like thing on my whole face anybody know what this could be?? ive never had this before

It might be hives. I would get to a dermatologist as soon as possible. If you are not allergic to antihistamines (benadryl, for example) take a dose of that as well. Hope that helps!

eta: you might have been exposed to something also, but you don't give enough info in your question to determine that.
