Red ring of death or sumthin else?

i was playing my 360 when it froze up, and i turned it off when i realized it wasn't just skipping or sumthin. i tried again and it froze after a min and the lights were flashing rrod style. i let it cool down then looked it up and saw the towel trick, and was gonna try it when it froze but the lights didn't flash! it would go 4 a second THEN stop, not go straight to rrod when i turn it on. is it the red ring of death or what? and its definately not overheated cuz i let it sit for a few hours

i donno if its the RRoD, i had it. definitely sumthing is going on u have sum sort of hardware failure. call ms n see what they say.

the red ring of death is when 3 of the red lights are light up on the xbox
