Red sox/manny fans...

what do you think of the possible 3 way trade between the red sox marlins and pirates?

do you want the trade to happen?

if the sox landed jason bay i would be happy

I don't care where Manny Ramirez goes.  Just as long as he's away from the Red Sox.  For most of the season, he has caused way too much trouble for the Red Sox.  Just get him out of here!

it would suck if manny got traded hes the best player on the team sure rite now hes going through a stage where he needs to keep his mouth shut but hes great at the game and has fun while playing it hes talked about being traded b4 and nothings ever happened and no1 can replace him

I been a Manny fan for about 12 years....Favorite player hands down....I followed him from clevland to Boston and i live in Miami now so i want this to happen.....The Red Sox are dumb for this

This would be a trade that would benefit every team involved, which is what a trade should do. The Bosox would get rid of a big problem, and gain a decent player, the Marlins would get a big bat, which they could use, and the Pirates would be getting a good player as well. The question is wether or not the Sox will be able to trade Manny. He has the right to veto any deal. I'm sure he wont after the comments he made to reporters about how "The Red Sox do not deserve a player like me." The Sox will likely pay 7 million on his contract for the Marlins, so this deal is probably going to happen. We will see sometime today.

i posted the link earlier but the club owner of the marlins said it isnt happening

they cannot afford a manny salary and he would fall apart i ntheir outfiel..while the sox and pirates would benefit from this more i feel, that could be the reason the marlins are out  of it

i like the trade we would get a person that would have a good attuide becuase manny has to go.

As i sox fan i fully endorse this deal, It's time for manny to go. I'd like Jason Bay on the sox, i've always liked him.
