Question

I have really red cheeks, it really annoyed me because i would look a lot better without them, and i get bullied about them.

Also don't suggest wearing makeup (im a boy).

P.S. I have a horrid rash which looks like tiny spots all over my arms, upper thighs and on my face (which may be causing the redness)

Sounds to me like this is a case of Rosacea. It is simply red face. You may want to check with a local dermatologist, maybe they can recommend something to tone down the redness. Hope this helps

Are you a blond with fair skin?  Often blushing is more noticeable in people with very pale skin.  I am afraid that very little can be done without make-up.  I am not suggesting women&#039;s make-up but the kind used by people who have birthmarks.  You can get special stuff that blocks out the redness, it is slightly tinged green.  You can ask your doctor about it.  It doesn&#039;t look like women&#039;s foundation.

Go to the docs anyway, he will probably give you some steroid cream for the rash.

See a dermatologist...Oh Man!!! is more than likely correct.  Rosacea often turns up in early teens and during or after childbirth (obviously not your thing).  So, give OM his BA, and see your doctor for a referral.
