Red spectrum incandescents?

I am trying to grow some botanicals I got florescent and a mix of incandescents what normal bulb puts off most red spectrum

Just use an ordinary household incandescent light bulb like what you use in table lamps (like Sylvania).  You are correct in that it is good to include some incandescent light along with the fluorescent light.  The incandescent adds important red wavelengths to the spectrum.  This improves plant growth.
