  1. DONT WORRY ITS A ADDY LONG LEG

  2. i used to clean cars (detailing) and i found a spider like what you described in a car i thought it was a type of mite, i'm not sure what it was try googling it, i didn't worry about it though its the only one i've ever seen.

  3. First of all, spiders are venomous, not poisonous.  Second of all, all spiders are venomous, as they all use fangs to inject venom in their prey.

All that aside, there are thousands of types of spiders.  Here's a link to spiders of New York:

    http://www.dec.ny.gov/docs/wildlife_pdf/...

In the south, the only spiders that have venom strong enough to harm humans are the black widow, the brown recluse, and recently added, the brown widow.  It doesn't sound like any of these.  If it was really small, smaller than your pinkie fingernail, I wouldn't worry at all.

  4. Poisonous spiders (ones that you have to worry about) don't live in NY. If it is dead what are you worried about anyway?

  5. maybe it it a tick that has blood in it
