Red splotchy bumps whenever I touch my dog?

Whenever I touch or play with my boxer now I get these big bumbs on my arm that are surrounded by pink but clear in the middle. It was suggested to me that I could be allergic to dogs, but I do not see how that is possible as I have another dog and I have never has this problem with her and I have never had this problem with dogs in the past. Could he be rolling around in some type of plant that I have an allergic reaction to? Suggestions would be appreciated.

The rash sounds like ringworm.

You can take your dog to vet & get her tested & treated...or you an go to MD & be examined & treating.  If it's ringworm you will both need to be treated.

Don't share clothes, towels etc. with anyone in your household.

You may be allergic still, allergies can come on suddenly without warning. Its also possible your dog got into something you are allergic to as well. I would suggest seeing an allergist.
