Red spot in my eye! Help please!

i woke up yesterday with a red spot in the white area of my eye. i didn't hurt myself and it doesnt hurt. what should i do, its still there and i think it moved a bit

If it doesn't hurt, just watch it.  It may be a small area where a blood vessel broke.  It should resolve in 7 to 10 days.  If no improvement, or if pain begins, go to the eye doctor.
