i have red spots that our on my belly , i know that's it from the heat because i used to have white ones on my arms and i went to the doc and he told me to use selsum blue on the white spots and they'd go away, and they did, but now, when i go outside and my belly gets hot and sweaty, i get red spots that then turn into the white spots, i know how to get rid of them, but my question is, how do i prevent them from ever getting there? Has anyone else ever had this problem? The doc told me it was a fungus from the sun...but my belly never gets sun..sooo its the heat. How do i prevent this?
