Redbull Sugarless?

I have been drinking redbull sugarless for the past couple of days (one a day) and is it really bad for you? like..can you gain a lot of weight for drinking one like...everyday or even every other day..or a couple times a week? b/c im determined to lose A LOT of weight this summer by running, etc. but I don't want to give this up b/c i am REALLY like..addicted...like i shake now....its pretty sad. i know..but do i have to give it up and is it really bad for you? please help

  1. It is not bad for you. The sugarless has less carbs and calories so as far as that goes you are well. You also sound like you are within Red Bull's own recomendation of only having 1 to 2 a day so you are not overdoing it on all of the other stimulants. However it does sould like you re having another issue.

    I am not 100% certain if you are having the shaking when not drinking it or when you drink it. If it is from not drinking it then you actually are addicted to the caffeine and are suffering withdrawel. It happens to many people. If it happens when you are drinking it then maybe you are sensitive to caffeine or another of the stimulants in it. Normally that would be the caffeine but if you don't have this effect when having coffee, tea, or soda then look at one of the other ingredients.

    The other stimulants in most energy drinks are taurine, guarana, ginseng, and a few B vitamins.

  3. its pretty low in calories and has a high caffiene content so prob wont make you put on weight
