Redbull and pepsi???

I ben drinking alot of redbull lately nd the biggest cans they have 16.9oz nd drink bout 5 of them a day 52grams of sugar per can....i use to drink alot of pepsi nd i never drink water...im not fat but this past few weeks i got hooked on redbull again nd havnt ben doing much....if i keep it up like this what will happen whill i start getiing really fat or get diabetes im 17....thanks for the help

  1. i have a friend right now who is only 22 and hes laying in the hospital almost dead by drinking red bull and mt. dew.


  2. Redbull isn't really good for you at all, if you're drinking that much per day it could ruin a lot of your development and rot your teeth. You can drink it but not as much as you are unless you want rubbish teeth and bad health.

  3. ok i will put it to you this way ....

    before worrying about getting fat ,worry about your nervous system and what would happen to it due to drinking redbull.....and worry about what would happen to your bones before worrying about fat when it comes to pepsi.......i will explain

    redbull works to keep you energetic (but how?) ,,, it keeps you energetic by making your mind not feel the feeling of tierdness....and with time it is going to ruin your nervous system so becareful.......it is not recommended to people younger than 25 years i heard,,,and if older than 25 only once or twice a month...

    and for pepsi it justs ruins your bones so lower the average of pepsi that you drink and every thing should be ok.

    And yes you may start to gain a little wait, due to drinking a fair few of these, try halfing the amount and replace the rest with water!
