Redecorating my room---help please?

i'm going to redecorate my room, and it's a box to begin with, but about halfway through the ceiling starts sloping down (it's the way the roof was designed) so at a certain point i have to start crouching down to get to my windows, which makes it even smaller. i'm thinking of stripping the wallpaper, painting it either light blue, green or yellow with white trim and buying wallstickers (they're different sized circles) i was thinking in dark blue, light blue, minty green, pale yellow and sunset orange. then i wanted to all the decor and accesories and stuff to be really bold, brilliant colors and retro style. i have a few things picked out already, but i'm having trouble finding other stuff. i've tried PB Teen and lots of other webstites by googling it, but can't really find anything. i also wanted to know if anyone had any ideas about arranging furniture and stuff to make my room more functional because of size and appear bigger. it would be great if you could help =D thanks

It sounds like your room is upstairs, that's called a "dormer" style room. Dormers are actually very popular with teens. One very popular way to make a room seem larger is to put mirrors on the walls. I would also consider lighter colors, this is another way to make a room seem larger.
