  1. As of now, Yahoo! do not provide any option that will allow you to transfer the domain name under different Yahoo! ID. However, one of the option for you would be to cancel the domain name you wish to associate with different Yahoo! ID and ask Yahoo! to release it to public domain and once the domain is released, you can sign up using different Yahoo! ID. But, please make it sure that you re-purchase the domain name before someone else re-registered it.

There is some terms of conditions with Yahoo! as well to release the domain as domain must be atlease 60 days old. So, do contact the Yahoo! customer care to get the correct information regarding domain release. Check the help link at:

  2. Yikes, as far as i know-there's no way to do this with any of yahoos services. Perhaps a way around this is if you have the downloaded pagebuilding files, and somehow managed to get content transferred to the other user name. But the tricky part to this would be the payments/etc. This sounds like something you should contact Yahoo Small Business about!

If you have a paid service, it should be easy to contact them via live chat or phone. http://help.yahoo.com/help/sbiz/
