Redgroove mp3

I just got a 1gb redgroove mp3 player, plugged it into the usb, and when i try to copy/move files to the portable storage, it freezes for about 20 seconds, then says the file path is not found? Says this for every piece of d**n music i have and i cant find any help elsewhere..
