Tottenham Hotspur’s manager, Harry Redknapp has insisted that his side need to win their remaining games, if they are to claim a top four finish this season.
Over the course of the last couple of weeks, Tottenham seem to have hit their worst form of the season. The team has constantly been dropping points and the way things are going, the team could miss out on the possibility of playing in the Champions League
next season.
However, Redknapp has now gone on to claim that his side could make it to the top four once again, should they be able to win their remaining four games and pick up twelve points from them.
At the moment, Tottenham don’t really have any other options, but it seems like Redknapp has finally realized just what his team needs to do, in order to get back on track once again.
Redknapp, when talking about his side and how they need to play over the remainder of the season is quoted to have said: "We’ve got four games left and we need 12 points. That’s how I see it. We have to win next week against Blackburn and that won’t be easy
as they are fighting for their lives"
"It could all change again. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 go to Stoke. We’ll wait and see.”
"There will be more twists and turns, we’ve got to win our last four games and it will be difficult, but we’re capable of doing that. We’re not giving up. We’ve still got a big chance."
At one point this season, Tottenham seemed like they might have been able to compete with both the teams from Manchester, as they looked to be closing in to the top of the table.
Following their loss to Arsenal, all of those ambitions came crashing down, as the team found it close to impossible to get back up and maintain their form.
Nonetheless, with four games still left to go for the team, they could end up making the top four once again and qualifying for the Champions League.
