The Tottenham Hotspur manager has confirmed that he will be looking to add to this squad at White Hart Lane with a few players as he wants to take Tottenham further in the English Premier League...
Harry Redknapp has come out and stated that he will be looking to spend in the upcoming summer transfer window to bolster the squad at Tottenham Hotspur in order to take the club forward. Tottenham recently broke a bad run of results
by gaining a draw last weekend but now they have a chance to cement their hold on the fourth place spot in the Premier League this weekend by gaining three more points.
The Spurs have a greater chance to cut down Arsenal’s advantage as well as the Gunners only managed to draw with Queens Park http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rangers-c40314 which makes the race for the last two places in the top four spots of the league table all the
more interesting. Tottenham are looking likely to qualify for next season’s UEFA Champions League as things stand and therefore it will be imperative for them that their manager buys smartly in the transfer window to make maintain their success next season
by adding some silverware to their trophy cabinet.
The former West Ham man said, "Everything is in place for the club to keep progressing now, we've got a new training ground coming (this summer), but when it comes down to it, you can have all the facilities in the world, but you
have to keep investing in players.  I think Tottenham will do that next year, we will look to improve the team again next year."
He added, "I know just how disappointed people will be if we don't make the Champions League. I am not silly. I understand that because of the position we were in. But at the start of the year we would have been fifth or sixth
favourites to make the Champions League in all honesty. We are looking for Champions League qualification. I think we will get a Champions League place; we have an FA Cup semi-final to come against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786. These are great times for us.”
